We would like to invite high skilled, dedicated, motivated and dynamic professionals to be a part of the company's team and fill in the following position as an IT Solution Engineer Sales Systems

Responsibilities:

  • Design secure and resilient IT Services
  • Deliver Services in line with, or exceeding, Business Requirements
  • Deliver Services in line with recognised Best-Practice
  • External Monitoring of Subject Matter Development
  • Deliver timely service to meet agreed business outcomes
  • Project Delivery as required
  • Project Management of functional Projects
  • Support lifecycle of applications
  • Release deployment management, validation and testing
  • Design measurement metrics and methods
  • Maintain standards and documentation for applications within Solutions scope
  • Transition solutions to Business so that they can maximise benefit for the company
  • Maintain Service Catalogue for solution scope
  • Contribute to improved IT Service Quality
  • Analyse and re-engineer existing business processes in line with functional Template
  • Understand and support related or integrated functions
  • Promote best practice and Business improvement within solution scope
  • Fluent in all Service Management Processes: Incident, Problem, Change, Release, Request Fulfilment
  • Assist/ Drive Support Pack and Upgrade activity
  • Promote best practice and Business improvement within solution scope
  • Maintain standards and documentation for applications within Solutions scope
  • Provide Subject Matter expertise to Business engagement activity
  • Cross functional and team communication
  • Vendor / Supplier Management for new solutions

Requirements:

  • 7+ years in IT Solutions Delivery
  • Have skills in SAP in Sales Systems is a must
  • Subject Matter Expertise across solution scope
  • Application Configuration Expertise
  • Knowledge of Industry Best-Practice across solution scope
  • Experienced in all aspects of IT Service Management
  • Effective communicator Written and Orally
  • Process focused
  • Delivers on-time and to requirements
  • Demonstrate a logical problem solving approach and formulate plans fitting context
  • Self-manage priorities and tasks, manage projects and make decisions
  • A team player who is adaptable to change, overcomes challenges has a creative and pragmatic approach to problem solving the ability to multi task
