Accounts & MIS (Management Information System) Manager- Thailand

The company need a position that responsible for MIS, oversight and liaison with outsourced agency for day to day accounting, Statutory Audit, Tax Audit & Transfer Pricing Audit & other reporting to the Sr. Mgr and group. This position required time management and knowledge of accounting, auditing & taxation for understanding & analysis of various reports related to the business. It also required knowledge of SAP ERP, MS office & presentation skills. This profile requires lot of interaction with Outsourcing agency, Indian team, cross functional depts. & auditors.

Job Position: Manager - Accounting & MIS - Thailand

Office Location: Bangkok, Thailand

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for monthly/quarterly/annual closing of accounts for business.
• Preparation of Financials and its analysis / comparison with PY, Budget and Quarterly estimates.
• Manage day to day accounting activity with Outsourcing agency
• Statutory reporting to Group
• Analysis of expenses and generating actionable MIS for the operations.
• Responsible for Audit of business on Quarterly basis including Internal Audit, Statutory Audit, Transfer price audit, VAT audit etc and effectivity of Internal control
• Ensure monthly/quarterly/Annual compliances related taxation

Requirements:

• Thai national
• MIS (Budgeting, Analysis, others) and Compliance (Tax filing, Audit, others) experience
• Have 8 - 15 years of experience
• Knowledge of Taxation and accounts related compliances
• Has SAP working experience 
• Knowledge of Company Accounts
• Inventory Valuation, Working Capital and MIS
• Knowledge of Thai accounting standards and basics of taxation laws
• Analytic skills and communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Industry Preferred: Automobile or similar large Manufacturing organization
