IT Engineer (Railway System and Construction Projects)

Position: IT Engineer

Qualification: B.Tech/Diploma/ BCA

Total Years of experience: 4 - 7 yrs

Role & Responsibilities:

• Have knowledge of setting up IT infra in a raw office
• Knowledge of Networks, Firewall, UPS, VC device, Plotters, Printers etc
• Able to configure Firewall, Plotter & Printers
• Should know the local IT vendors in Jakarta
• Should know local ISPs in Jakarta
• Troubleshoot IT issues in local network & Computer systems
• Troubleshoot software related issues like MSO, Outlook, Zscaler & engineering software
• Communicate with global team
