Lean Manufacturing Department Head

Industry: Steel Manufacturing

Location: Cikarang, Bekasi 

General Requirement

• Min. Bachelors Degree in engineering, manufacturing, industrial management, or a related field
• Have experience in steel and building material product especially galvanized steel. 
• Min. 5 years of experience at the managerial level in the same field. Have total 15 - 20 years of working experience.
• Proven experience in a managerial role, leading teams and driving process improvements
• Deep understanding of lean manufacturing principles (ex. Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping) and tools
  
  Technical / Special Requirement
  
  
• Lean Thinking: How to create more value for consumers by eliminating wasteful activities. Any activity or process that consumes resources, increases costs or time without creating value for consumers, is targeted for elimination.
• 5S Development: Knowledge and skills required to apply the 5S principles in the development or improvement of work systems and environments.
• VSM Analysis: Ability to analyze Value Stream Mapping of a process to generate more effective and efficient processes.
• PDCA 8 Steps: Ability to carry out problem-solving processes using the 8-step method.
• Root Cause Analysis: Ability to analyze and identify the root causes of problems accurately.
