VACANCY : HRGA MANAGER

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Law, Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or other related fields
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in HRGA, preferably in labor-intensive industries
    Strong knowledge in HR functions, including:

          Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

          Payroll & Compensation Benefits

          Industrial Relations & Employee Relations

          Training & Development

          Performance Manageme

          HR Compliance & Audits

  • Experience in developing and implementing SOPs
  • Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to manage teams and handle employee relations effectively
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities:

1. Human Resources (HR) Management

  • Plan, develop, and implement HR strategies and policies to support company objectives
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment, from workforce planning, job postings, interviewing, and hiring decisions
  • Supervise and improve payroll processes, benefits administration, and performance incentives
  • Design and implement employee training and career development programs
  • Monitor and manage employee performance evaluation processes
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company regulations, and HR best practices
    Build strong employee relations and resolve grievances, complaints, and conflicts effectively

2. Industrial & Employee Relations

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with labor unions, workers, and government institutions
  • Handle collective labor agreements (PKB) and negotiate with unions when necessary
  • Ensure compliance with Manpower Law (UU Ketenagakerjaan), BPJS, and employment contracts
  • Oversee employee disciplinary actions and termination procedures following legal requirements
  • Manage employee engagement programs to improve workplace culture and morale

3. General Affairs (GA) Management

  • Oversee company facilities, office operations, and security management
  • Manage and ensure proper maintenance of factory facilities, utilities, and work environment
  • Supervise company assets, procurement, and inventory control
  • Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations (K3) and environmental laws
  • Monitor and improve employee welfare, transportation, and housing facilities (if applicable)

4. Policy & SOP Implementation

  • Develop, review, and implement HR and GA standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Ensure all policies comply with company regulations and Indonesian labor law
  • Continuously improve HRGA processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness
