Key Responsibilities:
- Actively manage and grow business (Sales, Share) in assigned provinces of Thailand working with Channel partners and resp. internal and external stakeholders.
- Formulate Annual Business Plans (equipment, parts, attachments, implements) based on market & competitive intelligence
- Achieve sales volume (shipment and retail), revenue, and market share targets working closely with internal (logistics team) and external (dealer) stakeholders through
- Drive sales activities like prospecting, demo, closure working together with Dealer, external agencies, and internal stakeholders
- Market intelligence competition activity (pricing, new launches, feature upgrades/downgrades)
- Roll out Sales processes, standards, and systems at Dealers
- Drive Sales Satisfaction (SSI) scores by effective co-ordination with internal stakeholders (Product, Marketing, Logistics, Customer Support)
- Ensure First Time Right (FTR) launches of new products in co-ordination with IO-PP/ GPP teams
- Channel partner recruitment, onboarding, and development
- Support in right channel partner recruitment to effectively enter open provinces/markets
- Support channel partner successful onboarding and streamline the operational processes
- Build and monitor channel partners manpower capability and capacity
- Retail & Wholesale financing coordination among dealers, company and designated financiers
- Coordinate retail financing process execution for dealers with designated financiers
- Streamline and Coordinate wholesale financing process execution between dealers & company
Person profile:
Must have knowledge of Thailand farm equipment business (incl. Thai culture, preferences) to adapt and blend with channel partners and external/internal stakeholders. Knowledge of Thai and English languages is required.
Must have strong commercial, business acumen, account management, tactical marketing & B2B sales skills
Should have a strong Emotional Quotient (EQ) - culturally agnostic, open minded, good listening and negotiating skills, collaborative and able to produce results with diverse teams
Educational qualification:
BE or Diploma (Mechanical / Industrial/ Automobile/ Agriculture) required + Masters (Marketing / International Business) preferable
Experience:
Around 10+ years experience in Sales, Business Development in Thailand in Farm equipment industry required (International experience preferred)
