About our client

Our client is a B2B (business-to-business) e-commerce platform, connecting suppliers and buyers in the industrial sector.

About the role:

Independently manage administrative tasks for CEO.

Prepare a wide range of documents, including correspondence, reports, presentations, agendas, and meeting minutes, using various business software applications.

Coordinate senior management meetings and conferences, ensuring seamless organization and execution.

Facilitate global and domestic travel arrangements for CEO, including transportation, accommodation, and itinerary management.

Handle highly sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.

Act as a primary point of contact for the CEO, screening and prioritizing incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.

Manage incoming calls, visitors, mail, and email, prioritizing actions and directing inquiries as necessary.

Maintain accurate and organized files, records, calendars, and diaries, ensuring easy access to essential information and timely reminders.

Anticipate the CEO's needs and proactively prioritize tasks to ensure efficient time management.

Skills and experiences needed:

University degree and/or secretarial qualification preferred.

Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English.

Proven experience as a personal or executive assistant, preferably in a senior-level capacity min 2-3 years.

Availability to work flexible hours and travel occasionally as needed.

Active and energetic personality.

Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,) and other relevant business software applications.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
