Position Overview:

As the Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire production process at our client's packaging company in Bekasi. You will be responsible for managing a team of production staff and ensuring that production targets are met while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement production plans and strategies to meet company objectives
• Manage and supervise a team of production staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
• Monitor production processes and identify areas for improvement to increase efficiency and reduce costs
• Ensure that all production equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition
• Collaborate with other departments such as quality control, logistics, and sales to ensure smooth production and timely delivery of products
• Monitor and control production costs to ensure profitability
• Develop and implement safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all production staff
• Prepare production reports and present them to senior management
• Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices to improve production processes
• Conduct regular performance reviews with production staff and provide feedback and coaching for their professional development

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production management role, preferably in the packaging industry
• Strong knowledge of production processes and techniques
• Excellent leadership and people management skills
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and production management software
• Willingness to work in Bekasi and travel as needed
