Company Overview:

We have been retained by a new investment company focused on manufacturing world-class toys of international standards and high quality. As they establish their factory in Ngawi, we are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Manager. This role will be responsible in developing and executing efficient warehousing operations. You are tasked with developing strategic plans, optimizing work processes, and maintaining precise inventory management. Your focus on materials, personnel, and process improvement ensures the smooth functioning of the warehouse.


Responsibilities:

  1. Develop the annual work plan and business development strategy for the warehouse department based on the company's annual operational plan and strategic development.
  2. Create and implement various systems, including warehouse and inventory management, in accordance with overall corporate management requirements.
  3. Develop work processes and operating standards specific to the company's warehousing operations and oversee their execution.
  4. Execute warehousing tasks assigned by the company and ensure their completion.
  5. Determine and control stock quotas for various materials in the warehouse to maintain reasonable inventory and usage.
  6. Monitor the inflow and outflow of various materials, review statistical reports, regularly compile warehousing work analysis reports, and submit them to relevant leadership.
  7. Organize regular inventory checks and investigate the causes and responsible individuals for surplus, losses, losses, and damages, proposing remedial actions.
  8. Manage obsolete materials, make recommendations for handling slow-moving items, waste, substandard products, and assist in their implementation.
  9. Facilitate team building in the warehouse department and assist the HR department in staff recruitment, deployment, training, and performance evaluations.
  10. Effectively allocate subordinates, guide their work, supervise plan execution, and enhance their motivation and service orientation.
  11. Handle communication and coordination between the warehouse department and other functional departments.
  12. Complete other tasks assigned by higher-level leadership.


Requirements:

  1. Proficient in ERP operation.
  2. Familiarity with the toy industry is a plus.
  3. Preference for candidates with over 5 years of experience in managing large toy warehouse departments and a bachelor's degree in logistics or a related field.
  4. Thorough understanding of warehousing processes, basic accounting procedures for warehousing, and the ability to establish complete warehousing and distribution processes as per factory requirements.
  5. Strong communication and coordination skills, resilience under pressure, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment, both internally and externally.
