Company Overview:

We have been retained by a new investment company focused on manufacturing world-class toys of international standards and high quality. As they establish their factory in Ngawi, we are seeking a dedicated PIE (Production in the Innovation Economy) Department Supervisor. This role will be responsible in creating requirement plans for tooling materials, outsourcing production when necessary, and leading a team of tooling production workers to ensure timely and efficient fixture production and maintenance. You play a pivotal role in managing tooling material usage, optimizing equipment, designing work holding tools, and enhancing production efficiency and quality. Your expertise is crucial in supporting our manufacturing operations and driving continuous improvement in production processes.


Responsibilities:

  1. Design and manufacture tooling fixtures according to production and process requirements or technical data provided by the R&D department.
  2. Develop a requirement plan for tooling materials.
  3. Responsible for outsourcing the production of tooling fixtures.
  4. Lead tooling production workers to timely complete the production, adjustment, and maintenance of fixtures for production needs.
  5. Manage tooling material usage.
  6. Prepare equipment maintenance procedures, optimize equipment, design work holding tools (mold turnover items), improve equipment utilization, and enhance production efficiency and quality.


Requirements:

  1. College degree or above in mechatronics, mechanical, or electronic engineering.
  2. Proficiency in using various software to create original drawings and three-dimensional drawings of various parts, fixtures, and tooling, with certain design and development capabilities.
  3. Over 5 years of experience in machinery processing technology and fixture design in a manufacturing enterprise, familiarity with mold and product structures, experience in production site follow-up and improvement, overall planning of work holding tool design and production, production equipment maintenance, and proficiency in using CAD and related software, as well as familiarity with lathe, milling, and grinding machine operations.
  4. Independent worker with strong learning abilities, clear thinking, good communication and coordination skills, and a strong sense of teamwork.
