Manager -HPAL Project - IMIP

Requirements

Minimum Degree in Metallurgy, Hydrometallurgy and/or Process Engineering

Registered Engineer from Indonesia or International

Minimum 8 years of experience in construction and operations of HPAL plants

Minimum of 4 years experience in HPAL Operations on similar size.

Familiar with all aspects HPAL operations and downstream process streams.

Multi Lingual. Bahasa, English and Mandarin

Position Description

Supporting Senior JV management in all aspects of the companys HPAL project located at Morowali Industrial Park. Liaising with the Chief Operations Office on the regular basis.

Work closely with our business partners across the projects development through to operations.

Develop detailed periodic reporting on safety, construction, metallurgy, production and associated costs for the plant. Development a data base for the HPAL project .

Be part of value improvement team for process improvement projects from inception throughout commissioning and operations.

Form a work group with partners and operational management team for programs on carbon footprint reduction indicatives.

Recommend to Chief Operating Officer and JV partners any additional improvements inside the HPAL operations.

Report on all operational statistics on production, operations, costs for the project.

Arrange quarterly & monthly safety and carbon emissions reporting for internal and ESG reporting.

Liaise with the company's operations management on ore supply and associated planning.

Roster will be 4 weeks on 2 weeks off to point of hire.

KPIs will be established on commencement of position.

Location.

Based at Hengjaya Mine site approximately 15 km from IMIP.
