Position: Regional Project Sales Manager
Our client, one of the world's leading manufacturers of paints and coatings are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Project Sales Manager to join our client's growing team. As a Regional Project Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales within a designated region. You will work closely with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, while also maintaining and growing relationships with existing clients. This is a full-time, permanent position with the opportunity for growth and advancement within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Contractor Management
a. Contractor Management, involves regular interaction with the purchase/builder/contractor in your geography, and supervising team to ensure delivery done across influencers. This also includes demand generation through these interactions.
b. Interacting with Large Identified set of contractors, build a working relationship with them. Present and implement different promotions/scheme for this set. Work along with this set to generate business through training, tendering and other information support.
c. Interacting with key points of contact across
Builder/Purchase/Contractors ensuring effective and long-term relationship.
Network Management
Work with selected identified set of Dealers involved in the Large B2B dealings. Build relationship through Demand generation and regular service and grievance handling. Sales Collections and Value and Volume growth
Architect and Interior Designer
a. Build and develop a network of Architects and
interior Designers
b. Build a working relationship with them to generate sales for existing products and new products
c. Work with the team to make presentation to Architects and Interior Designers. Do a beat call with the sales team to influence purchase
d. Get the BOQ and Specification from Architects and interior designers
Sales Volume and Value
a. To achieve targeted sales value-Volume in your Area through the B2B direct sales into Builders/Contractors/Building Management/other business decision makers.
b. Guide your team in Generating lead Bank in the Market/geography for both long term and short term business perspective.
c. Work with the builders/Contractors of both companies to control quality of implementation at the converted site.
d. Control over all collection from the site, ensure that risk at a site is minimized and regular collection happens from the builders/contractors.
e. Preparing the final sales budget in association with finance team Market activation and development
f. Work in Identified segments of business like Builders/Apartments/Hospital/Schools etc. to generate Leads and Sales.
g. Identify Key Large accounts of both companies in your geography. Work on the Sites they are working on, with aim to convert sales from them. Also maintain working relationship thru good servicing, account reconciliation on regular basis.
Training and liaison with R&T
a. Interaction with painters, contractors, applicators and organizing training programs, meets for them to ensure product knowledge and visibility across all segments Marketing Inputs
b. Work closely with the Marketing and R&T team on product feedbacks and new product development/product modification for site needs.
c. Work with the R&T and Finance to ensure Product Pricing Fit to ensure profitability per Site. Key interfaces in the organization
d. He will have to actively coordinate with Supply Chain, Marketing, and Finance departments for day to day activities.

Reporting Relationship
The position will report into the Head of Project Sales and Marketing position of the company.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in project sales, preferably in painting manufacturing and trading industry or building materials
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to travel within the designated region as needed.
- Knowledge of HR practices and industry trends
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
