Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales & Marketing Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the sales and marketing activities of our company pertaining to new products that procured from overseas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and achieve targets.
  • Manage and lead a team of sales and marketing professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure their success.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify new opportunities for business development.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to enhance our brand reputation and generate new business.
  • Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns, events, and promotions to increase brand awareness and attract potential customers.
  • Analyze sales and marketing data to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and make strategic recommendations.
  • Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to sales and marketing activities.
  • Stay updated with industry developments and trends, and use this knowledge to drive innovation and improve our services.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing
  • Having ample exposure in either Agriculture, Dairy, Poultry, Aquaculture, or Mushroom Cultivation is preferred.
  • Able to master the product and market them locally.
  • Having the ability to strategize channels of distribution when it comes to sales.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Knowledge of marketing principles and techniques.
  • Fluent in both English and Indonesian.
