Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented International Sales & Marketing to join our client's team. The role entails overseeing and managing sales and marketing activities, particularly for new products sourced internationally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and meet targets.
- Lead and mentor a team of sales and marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure success.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to enhance brand reputation and foster new business leads.
- Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns, events, and promotions to increase brand visibility and attract potential customers.
- Analyze sales and marketing data to evaluate performance, identify areas for improvement, and make strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and integrated sales and marketing efforts.
- Stay abreast of industry developments and trends to drive innovation and enhance service offerings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in sales and marketing.
- Extensive background in essential oils, extracts, spices, and fragrance manufacturing companies.
- Excellent B2B Sales skills & good exposure to international market experience.
- Proven ability to market products both locally and globally.
- Strong strategic thinking skills with expertise in distribution channel management.
- Effective leadership abilities to inspire and develop team members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Knowledge of marketing principles and techniques.
- Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
- Willing to be placed in Bogor, West Java.
