Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented International Sales & Marketing to join our client's team. The role entails overseeing and managing sales and marketing activities, particularly for new products sourced internationally.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and meet targets.
  2. Lead and mentor a team of sales and marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure success.
  3. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities.
  4. Cultivate strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to enhance brand reputation and foster new business leads.
  5. Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns, events, and promotions to increase brand visibility and attract potential customers.
  6. Analyze sales and marketing data to evaluate performance, identify areas for improvement, and make strategic recommendations.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and integrated sales and marketing efforts.
  8. Stay abreast of industry developments and trends to drive innovation and enhance service offerings.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in sales and marketing.
  • Extensive background in essential oils, extracts, spices, and fragrance manufacturing companies.
  • Excellent B2B Sales skills & good exposure to international market experience.
  • Proven ability to market products both locally and globally.
  • Strong strategic thinking skills with expertise in distribution channel management.
  • Effective leadership abilities to inspire and develop team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Knowledge of marketing principles and techniques.
  • Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
  • Willing to be placed in Bogor, West Java.
