We have been retained by a Global Food Ingredients Producer. We invite professionals who have the characteristics & competence expertise in above average and have good performance records and achievements for filling the position.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with strategically important customers. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
  • Understand each customer's unique needs, challenges, and goals to provide tailored solutions and services.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, marketing, product development, and supply chain to develop strategies that meet customer requirements and drive business growth.
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and pursue new customer partnerships to expand the company's market reach.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to stay informed about industry developments and adjust strategies accordingly.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in key account management within the food industry, with a minimum of 10 years of experience.
  • Deep understanding of food ingredients, manufacturing processes, and industry regulations.
  • Exceptional English communication skills, both verbal and written, are a must.
  • Strong analytical abilities with the capability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and customers
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving customer issues.
