SALES Manager / SALES SUPERVISOR (SPECIALITY INGREDIENTS - FLAVOR)

The company was established since 17 years ago, the business is in importer, manufacturing, selling, marketing, distributing pharmaceutical, food and chemical ingredient products

Qualification :

Priority applicants : Please apply if you have minimum 2/3 (two or three) year of Sales experience in B2B/Corporate trading/manufacturing Speciality ingredients for food/pharmaceutical/cosmetic/industrial applications or in food and beverage manufacturing equipment/packaging.

Academics : Minimum Bachelor Degree (Chemistry/Food Technology/Pharmacy).

Target oriented : Proven minimum achievement of 95% Sales Turnover KPI from the previous workplace.

Communication Skills : Strong ability to communicate and present technical information clearly in a way that is easy to understand.

Customer-Oriented : Emphasizes a strong focus on customers, skilled at building and sustaining long-term relationships.

Self-Driven : Initiates tasks independently and collaborates well within internal team.

Job Responsibilities:

Customer Relations : Regular customer meetings to establish and maintain positive relationships with current and potential clients, understand their needs, and provide solutions to meet those requirements.

Sales Presentation : Deliver presentations of the product to prospective clients.

Sales Target : Create and execute successful sales plan aimed to exceed Sales Target.

Negotiation and Finalization : Expertly engage in negotiations to secure favorable terms and successfully close sales transactions, guaranteeing customer contentment and allegiance.

Sales Reports : Compile and submit precise and punctual sales reports, forecasts, and any necessary documentation as needed.

Internal Collaboration : Working closely with the flavour creation and flavour application teams to develop a successful product for the market.
