Logistic Manager, Manufacturing (Central Java)

Our client is a global manufacturing company, primarily focused on building materials. They are looking to hire a Logistics Manager based in Batang, Central Java.

Responsibilities

• Optimize distribution and routing to efficiently transport.
• Properly manage inventory reporting on a weekly basis of raw materials and finished goods
• Manage supplier base to secure enough capacity for all logistics activities in a coordinated way with procurement.
• Developing and maintaining process and execution excellence of the logistic and inventory management in the manufacturing Facility.
• Create and operate to aim for effective and efficient process management.
• Supervising the operation of the raw material warehouse, finished goods warehouse and Spare parts store while at the same time creating analysis to the operation improvement.
• Collaborate with functional stakeholders both internally & externally to facilitate the end-to-end activity of the logistic operation.
• Managing and ensuring the KPI deliverables achievement report, analysis the gap and closing the gap action plan generating.
• Supervising, evaluating, and developing all the logistics staff that reporting to this role.
• Maintain items record, document necessary information, and utilize reports to project warehouse status.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in economy, Business Administration, Engineering or any relevant major.
• English - Professional Proficiency.
• Minimum of 7 years in managing the same scope of responsibility.
• Based in Batang, Central Java
