About the job Senior Account Manager
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong, trusted relationships based on understanding their business goals, needs, and challenges.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing client accounts, leveraging your understanding of their needs and industry trends through in-depth business insights and pain points.
- Oversee the execution of digital marketing campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok Ads), ensuring alignment with client objectives, KPIs, and budget constraints, and providing strategic guidance and direction to optimize performance and drive results to ROI.
- Utilize analytics tools and performance data to analyze campaign effectiveness, identify trends, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization and improvement.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, social media specialist, graphic designer , and operations to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceptional client experiences.
- Stay up to date of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing, and continuously seek opportunities to enhance processes, tools, and methodologies to drive client success.
- Consistent guidance and support provided to junior account managers to enhance their learning and development abilities within the company.
Requirements:
- A Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in digital marketing and 2 years experience in managerial position
- Proven track record of success in managing client accounts and delivering measurable results across various digital channels such as social media, PPC, SEO, email marketing, DSPs (DV360, Google Ads, TTD, etc.), Facebook Ads or TikTok ads
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in leveraging data to drive decision-making and optimize campaign performance.
- Proven ability to identify upselling opportunities within existing client accounts and effectively communicate the value proposition of additional services or solutions.
- Demonstrate leadership qualities, project management skills, and the ability to mentor and coach junior team members as needed.
- Willingness to stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing to remain at the forefront of the industry and drive innovation in client strategies.
- Provide previous portfolio from previous work of performance ads is preferred.
- Fluent in English
