Job Title: Sales and Marketing General Manager - plastic masterbatches and polymer Industry
Job Summary: As Sales and Marketing General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the sales and marketing operations within the company's organization. Your primary objective will be to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and enhance brand visibility. You will lead a team of professionals, develop strategic plans, and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve the company's business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Management:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Monitor sales performance and provide guidance, coaching, and support to the sales team.
- Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
- Report to Sales and Marketing Director
- Directly lead a team consists of Sales Managers across Indonesia
Marketing Strategy:
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to promote company products or services and enhance brand awareness.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer preferences and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative marketing campaigns
- Monitor marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize results.
Team Leadership:
- Lead, train, and mentor a high-performing sales and marketing team.
- Set clear goals and performance expectations, providing regular feedback and conducting performance evaluations.
- Foster a collaborative and motivating work environment that encourages teamwork, creativity, and professional growth.
- Provide leadership and guidance to inspire and align the team with the organization's vision and objectives.
Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and distribution channels to expand market reach and revenue streams.
- Collaborate with the product development team to ensure market-driven product enhancements and new product launches.
- Conduct market analysis to identify potential target segments and develop strategies to penetrate new markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, industry influencers, and strategic partners.
Financial Management:
- Develop and manage the sales and marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
- Monitor and analyze sales data, market trends, and marketing expenses.
- Prepare regular sales and marketing reports for senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and recommending actionable insights.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in sales and marketing leadership roles, with a track record of driving revenue growth.
- Proven experience in plastic masterbatches and polymer industry.
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
