Job Vacancy: Brand Manager - South Tangerang

Our client in the beauty industry, is looking for an experienced Brand Manager to join their team in South Tangerang.



Jobs Description:

• Do New Brand/Concept/Product Development (NPD) for Beauty/Cosmetic/Skincare/Bodycare product.
• Continuously do Research & Report for NPD, Market & Competitor, etc.
• Create & implement marketing plan and strategy to support the creation of brand image & brand building in the market.
• Responsible for total brand management including brand growth, product selection, inventory management, budget management, planning of promotion activities and achieving of sales target.
• Responsible to win market competition, evaluating and creating innovation program to increase sales of the selected brand product.
• Create and monitor marketing campaign & activities for further development or innovation of brand base on customer research.
• Make sure target can be achieved.
• Create advertising plan for brand based on customer research.
  
  

Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor/Master's Degree in Marketing/Communication Field
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience as Brand Manager in Beauty/Cosmetic/Skincare/Bodycare category.

• Required Skill(s): Marketing, brand management, communication, English, analytical thinking
• Have a good taste in design and has an eye for beauty industry.
• A strong problem solver and having organizational skill
• Having experience with multi-dist system distribution
