QC Superintendent (Nickel)
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and provide direction during briefings and toolbox meetings regarding the daily operational mechanisms.
- Receive and review daily reports related to preparation activities to ensure data accuracy.
- Examine and correct summaries of operational activities before reporting them to management.
- Be responsible for supervising and monitoring activities in the preparation process and providing guidance if there are any procedural deviations.
- Be accountable for all equipment in the preparation/laboratory area.
- Conduct learning sessions with subordinates on materials related to Nickel, its processing, types of QC operational equipment, as well as QC duties and responsibilities.
- Review summaries and receive administrative reports of all activities in the QC/Preparation department.
- Instruct the team to record and update data on equipment and spare parts in the Preparation Warehouse on a monthly basis.
- Directly supervise and control the implementation of sample destruction for 3-mill archive samples every 3 months and -200 mesh archive samples every 6 months, along with the official report.
Requirements:
- Willing to work with roster 6:2 in Sampala Project
- Chemical Engineering or Chemistry education background
