Corporate Finance Investor Relation - E-Commerce (Jakarta Barat)

About our client

Our client is a B2B (business-to-business) e-commerce platform, connecting suppliers and buyers in the industrial sector.

About the role:

1. Create financial models and projections for the company to aid in decision making and planning.
2. Develop and execute fundraising presentations targeting both equity and debt investors.
3. Manage investor relations activities by regularly communicating the companys financial performance and business projections to shareholders and answering any inquiries.
4. Conduct detailed analysis to aid in the development of strategic plans and corporate actions.
5. Identify potential business expansion opportunities in the market by conducting thorough research and analysis.
6. Support the implementation and integration of M&A opportunities by providing financial and strategic analysis.
7. The candidate must be adept at gathering data, calculating ratios and metrics, making informed assumptions, creating a business forecast, assessing the value of the company, and reviewing the financial model

Skills and experiences needed:

1. Bachelors degree in finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; MBA or relevant certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) preferred.
2. 3-4 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, financial planning and analysis or related fields.
3. Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Cube etc.)
4. Experience with financial databases is a plus.
5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
6. Excellent Bahasa Indonesia and English written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present financial information clearly.
7. High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
8. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
