Our client is a B2B (business-to-business) e-commerce platform, connecting suppliers and buyers in the industrial sector.
About the role:
Deep understanding of reseller business models and channel-based sales strategies.
Knowledge of the company's products or services and the ability to develop appropriate sales strategies and reseller programs.
Understanding of the e-commerce or B2B market and emerging trends in the sector.
Experience in developing long-term strategies to improve reseller performance and achieve sales targets.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with resellers, partners, and internal teams.
Ability to present sales reports, data analysis, and business proposals in a clear and convincing manner.
Experience in presenting to resellers or business partners to introduce new programs or campaigns.
Ability to analyze sales data, reseller performance, and market trends to develop better account development strategies.
Experience in planning, executing, and monitoring reseller projects or programs, including sales campaigns or promotions.
Able to work with various teams (marketing, sales, customer service) to ensure the successful implementation of the reseller program.
Results-oriented and able to achieve or exceed predetermined sales targets.
Familiar with e-commerce platforms, marketplaces, or reseller management software.
Understanding of digital marketing and how online marketing techniques can help increase reseller sales.
Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or related fields.
3-5 years of experience as a Key Account Manager, Business Development, or similar role, especially related to resellers or partnership programs.
Experience in handling strategic and large accounts, especially in the e-commerce, retail, or distribution sectors.
Experience working with resellers or distributors in the consumer products, technology, or online-based services industry is a plus.
