Job Overview:
We are searching for a dynamic and results-driven Project Sales Executive to join our client's team in the Mortar division. As one of the largest producers of building materials and construction systems in Indonesia, our client is at the forefront of innovation and excellence. The Project Sales Executive will focus on driving sales within the project segment, playing a pivotal role in nurturing and expanding key business accounts across the Jabodetabek area. The ideal candidate will be adept at defining project requirements, ensuring timely deliverables, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide tailored solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Architects, Project Developers, and Main Contractors.
- Identify project requirements and collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions.
- Define project scope and objectives, ensuring alignment with client needs and company capabilities.
- Coordinate with project managers to oversee project execution and ensure deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, facilitating effective communication and resolution of issues.
- Provide regular updates and reports on project progress, sales forecasts, and market trends.
- Utilize presentation tools and methodologies to effectively communicate product offerings and value propositions to clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns targeted at the project segment.
- Stay abreast of industry developments, competitor activities, and market trends to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Mortar industry.
- Proven network with Architects, Project Developers, and Main Contractors.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong proficiency in presentation tools and methodologies.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and collaborative teams.
- Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
