Finance Manager

Job Summary: 
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join the growing team, directly report to Deputy CFO & Group CFO. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the company, including budgeting, financial planning, and analysis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, excellent analytical skills, and a proven track record of success in managing financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure the company's financial stability and compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Manage the company's budget and financial planning process, providing regular reports and analysis to senior management
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations to increase profitability and efficiency
• Oversee the preparation of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting
• Manage cash flow and forecasting, making strategic decisions to optimize the company's financial position
• Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement financial strategies that support the company's overall goals and objectives
• Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their continued growth and development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CA/CPA preferred
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in a finance management role, preferably in a consulting or professional services environment
• Strong knowledge of financial and accounting principles, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Proven track record of success in driving financial performance and implementing process improvements
• Advanced proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
