Job Descriptions

1. Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives.

2. Policy and Procedure Development: Establish HR policies, procedures, and programs that support a positive work environment and compliance with employment laws.

3.Talent Acquisition and Management: Oversee recruitment and selection processes, including workforce planning, talent acquisition strategies, and onboarding procedures.

4. Employee Relations: Manage employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.

5. Performance Management: Implement performance management systems, including performance appraisals, coaching, and feedback processes.

6. Training and Development: Identify training needs, develop training programs, and support employee development initiatives to enhance skills and competencies.

7. HR Metrics and Reporting: Monitor HR metrics, analyze data, and prepare reports to inform decision-making and measure HR effectiveness.

8. Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and corporate policies related to HR practices.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Masters degree preferred).

- Proven experience in HR management roles, preferably in a start-up environment.

- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and locations.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment law.

- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
