We need person with prior market experience in Thailand (with Thai and reasonable English-speaking capability) and Farm equipment industry experience.

Job Position: Spare Parts Manager / Logistics Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage inbound & outbound logistics, 3PL warehouse, and dealer services.
  • Direct, optimize, and coordinate the full order cycle.
  • Liaise and negotiate with 3PL supplier, Farm Equipment Sector-International Operations logistics, factories, channel partners (as needed)
  • Keep track of inbound quality, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs, and efficiency.
  • Coordinate with 3PL for warehouse operations, plan routes, and process shipments.
  • Forecast parts needs and order parts to maintain optimal inventory levels in parts warehouse
  • Resolve any arising problems or complaints related to logistics, equipment and parts management.
  • Supervise, coach, and train warehouse workforce.
  • Meet cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness targets.
  • Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements.
  • Comply with relevant laws, regulations, and ISO requirements.
  • Report to: Head of ASEAN Operations

Person profile:

Nice to have knowledge of Thailand farm equipment business to adapt and blend with channel partners and external/internal stakeholders. Knowledge of both Thai and English languages is required.

Must have product technical knowledge, spare parts understanding, logistics management skills

Should have a strong Emotional Quotient (EQ) - culturally agnostic, open minded, good listening and negotiating skills, collaborative and able to produce results with diverse teams

  • Educational qualification: BE or Diploma (Mechanical / Industrial/ Automobile) required MBA or Masters in Logistics management preferred
  • Experience Min. 10+ years experience in logistics, parts operations, related areas in Thailand in Farm equipment/ related industry required
  • Critical skills set: Analytical, problem-solving, project management skills
  • Functional competencies: Logistics management, 3PL / Stakeholder management, Inventory management
  • General requirements: Good Thai and English language (written and spoken) capability
