Job Description:

Our client is looking for an Assistant Finance Manager to assist in managing the finance and accounting team in the region.

Job Highlights

• Stationed in Ngawi, Indonesia
• Audit firm /listed co /manufacturing experience
• Assist to oversee overall finance and accounting function in Indonesia

Responsibilities:

• Assist to establish the whole spectrum of financial accounting, management reporting, financial planning, treasury, tax and internal control
• Assist to establish finance team in Indonesian factory
• Assist to manage treasury functions to ensure healthy cashflow
• Assist to manage and drive the finance functions of the company to ensure daily operational processes are in accordance with legal and corporate requirement
• Prepare full financial reports, cost analysis and information timely and accurately to Group Finance and Senior Management
• Assist to manage finance team in Indonesia and ensure timely submission of financial reporting
• Assist in the development and monitoring of annual budgets
• Liaise with banks, external auditor, corporate secretary and other regulatory bodies

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree holder in Accounting/Finance or other related disciplines
• Professional qualification of Indonesia CPA or equivalent with audit firm experience is preferred
• At least 5 years of accounting and financial experience, Manufacturing/listed company experience is preferred
• Strong professional knowledge, business sense and problem solving skills
• Strategic thinking, strong people management and leadership skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to build relationship and influence employees at all levels and business partners
• Good command of English and Mandarin speaking
