HSE Superintendent

We are urgently seeking a highly qualified and experienced HSE Superintendent for our client, a reputable manufacturing palm oil company (Middle East country based) for Pontianak placement. This is an excellent opportunity for those who has a strong experience in HSE procedures, standards, and understanding of the manufacturing industry.

Requirement:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering/Environment Engineering/Safety Engineering/Equivalent, Public Health Major is an advantage
• Certified AK3 Umum Kemenaker RI, able to conduct incident investigation
• Certified of Auditor SMK3 is an advantage, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 14001:2015
• Have experience as HSE Superintendent in the Palm Oil Refinery Industry for at least 5 years
• Have a knowledge of legal & government regulations related to Safety, Health & Environment
• Good leadership, communication skills, & good personality
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Understand SMK3, ISO 9001:2008, and OHSAS procedures
• Familiar with developing HSE Reports/Documents: KPI, HSE Plan, JSA, HIRADC, etc.
• Proficient in English is a MUST

Job Description:

• Create and review HSE procedures required by HSE standards. Develop Safety, Quality, Health, and Environment systems for corporate and plants such as OHSMS, EMS, ISO 9001:2015.
• Create HSSE annual programs and monitor implementation (Quality, Safety, Health, & Environment Management System Implementation and development program).
• Create and review HSSE Reports (monthly & yearly), prepare and provide quarterly reports to the Ministry of manpower.
• Communicate to management, customers, and other stakeholders about all company safety regulations by developing and implementing safety campaigns to promote awareness and improve workplace safety culture.
• Monitor implementation of Rodent & Pest Control Management, Hygiene, and Sanitation.
• Manage, prepare, and lead Management System certification and surveillance processes in the plant.
• OHSMS PP 50 Tahun 2012 Development and Certification for plants.
