Job Vacancy: Factory Manager - Samarinda

Our client, a leading company in the home furnishing industry, is looking for a skilled and experienced Factory Manager to join their team in Samarinda.


Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or equivalent.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Factory Manager.
• Proficiency in planning, organizing, and overseeing production management.
• Knowledge of workplace safety regulations and practices.
• Familiarity with manufacturing software and other technology tools used in production management.
  

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing all aspects of production within the bedding and mattress manufacturing facility.
• Managing daily production operations and ensuring that production schedules are met.
• Collaborating with the QC team to initiate corrective actions and continuously improve quality processes.
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements.
• Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and manufacturing standards to provide a safe working environment for employees.
