About the Role

Our client is seeking a dedicated Planning Officer to support our Planning Team in Progress Monitoring and Invoicing functions.

Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

1. Update Project Programmes in Primavera P6 on monthly basis.

2. PIC for Customer Invoicing (IPS) and maintain related documentation.

3. Provide support for Subcontractor/Partner Billing, including reconciliation and verification.

4. Assist with other Costing and Quantity Surveying (QS) activities as required under the contract.

5. Monitor Project Work Program (design, procurement, Execution etc) in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.

6. Prepare Monthly Progress Reports (MPR) by consolidating inputs from all stakeholders/PICs, including updates to Three/Six-Month Rolling Programmes etc as per Contract requirement.

7. Support in day-to-day Client correspondence and other MIS activities as per requirements to planning team.

Candidate Requirements

1. Bachelors degree in civil, Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering disciplines.

2. Certification in Primavera P6 and/or Quantity Surveying is preferred.

3. 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in railway / LRT / MRT / Whoosh.

4. Basic proficiency in IT tools, including OneDrive and server management. Proficient in MS Word and Excel, PowerPoint etc.

5. Strong teamwork skills and the ability to maintain excellent customer relationships.

6. Excellent typing, editing, and numerical skills.

7. Strong data organization abilities.

8. Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
