About the Project
Contract Package CP 205: Railway Systems from Bundaran HI to Kota, including Substation System, Overhead Contact System, Power Distribution System, Signalling System, Telecommunication System, Facility SCADA, Platform Screen Doors, modification to the existing equipment installed in the existing OCC at Lebak Bulus Depot (Phase 1) and the existing stations/train sets (Phase-1), and Track Work, including associated systems/subsystems for 3.800m (approx.) of twin tube tunnels, approx. 2.050m (approx.) of cut and cover tunnel structure, 7 underground stations together with 1 receiving sub-station and 2 traction sub-stations.
About the role
We are looking for a Manager (HR, Admin) with a proven track record of working a Mid-size/Large-Size organisation in HR, Admin role with over 10 plus years experience coupled with leadership traits for growth and an educational degree in HR or equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Site establishment in a time-bound manner which includes Project Office, Site office, Engineers office set up, Bachelor and Family accommodation for staffs, and the monthly operation of all establishments.
- Preparation of JD, Recruitment of local staff in Technical/ commercial roles and onboarding and Preparation of Salary, payroll for all staffs
- Support in PWRO set up and licenses under PUPR, ESDM ministries in close coordination with Local Law consultant as per local laws and regulation.
- Report to Finance, Admin and Accounts Manager and assist in day-to-day jobs.
- Develop HR strategy in line with The Companys policy for action in line with evolving business needs and build a resilient organization culture.
- Ensure a positive experience in employee life cycle management - hiring to exit.
- Engage with the business leaders / managers to leverage / fine tune HR systems and practices to enhance employee performance, engagement, wellbeing, and retention.
- Structure / fine tune compensation and benefits to attract and retain quality talent.
- Partner with business leaders to arrive at optimized, staffing needs. Develop recruitment strategy and oversee its execution to meet projected manpower requirements.
- Grievance Management of staffs
- Design / fine tune effective on boarding policy / process and ensure its effective execution.
- Ensure effective administration HR policies / practices and advise management team on the same
- Ensure that the organization is compliant in respect of applicable HR, Admin laws and oversee admin function.
- Meeting with customer and local Govt agencies for any discussion related to local laws and regulations and also attend for any legal issues
Location & Commitments
- Full-time Permanent Work
- 9AM to 6PM (WIB) 5 days/week
- Location-Jakarta Selatan, Indonesia
Candidate requirements
- Educational degree preferably MBA in HR or equivalent
- Good knowledge in Indonesian laws and regulation
- 10-15 years of experience in HR, Admin role, preferably in the construction industry. Experience dealing with Govt Clients will be preferable.
- Familiarity with Payroll system as per Indonesia.
- Basic knowledge of IT/ OneDrive/ server
- Hands-on experience with MS Office and MS Excel, MS Power Point
- Proficient typing and editing skills.
- Data organization skills
- Conversational to Business English and Indonesian Bahasa proficiency.
