Sales Key Account Manager Foodservice Thailand

  • Sales Strategy and Execution:
    • Develop and execute regional/ Thailand sales strategies [ Key accounts Account Development Plans] to achieve business goals and drive growth.
    • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to expand market share and increase revenue.
  • Account Management:
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and accounts
    • Ensure consistent engagement, satisfaction, and retention of key accounts by providing exceptional customer service and support.
    • Identify and acquire new customers within the region to grow the customer base.
  • Tracking and Reporting:
    • Monitor and track sales performance against the Annual Plan numbers, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
    • Provide regular updates and detailed reports to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and competitive activities.
  • Business Planning:
    • Develop and manage the Key account sales budget, ensuring effective use of resources and cost control.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain, product availability, and service levels.
  • Market Intelligence:
    • Gather and analyse market intelligence to understand competitor strategies, pricing, and market trends.
    • Provide feedback and recommendations to senior management on potential opportunities and challenges in the market.
    • Ensure smooth execution of sales operations, from order processing to delivery, in collaboration with the logistics and operations teams.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and industry regulations in all sales activities.

Background

  • Having a work experience of min 5 - 15+ years in managing key accounts in food service biz.
  • Has deep knowledge of food service key accounts in Thailand.
  • Has working relationship with key global and regional QSRs.
  • Preferred having a technical background.
