Our client, a new investment company focused on manufacturing world-class toys of international standards and high quality, is seeking a dynamic Sales Department Supervisor to navigate the market trends and captivate customers.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Accurate Market Understanding:
    a. Regularly organize market research to collect market information and analyze market trends, characteristics, and development tendencies.
    b. Gather information about products, stay updated on the dynamics of the product market, analyze sales, market competition, and development conditions, and propose improvement plans and measures.
    c. Responsible for collecting, organizing, and summarizing customer data and conducting thorough analyses of customer groups.
  • Establish Sales Strategy, Set Sales Goals, and Develop Sales Plans:
    a. Establish sales objectives and formulate sales plans with the aim of fulfilling the sales tasks assigned by the company.
    b. Monitor the execution of the plan and provide timely feedback to the general manager.
    c. Develop an execution system and monitor the results.
  • Manage Sales Activities:
    a. Develop sales management systems and work procedures, and supervise their implementation.
    b. Organize, train, and assess the sales department team.
    c. Objectively and promptly reflect customer opinions and suggestions, continuously improving the work.

Job Requirements:

  • Educational Requirements: College degree or higher with proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese.
  • Strong Language Expression, Communication, and Negotiation Skills.
  • Personal Qualities: Must be honest, practical, hardworking, meticulous, and capable of with standing pressure.
  • Over 5 years of experience in the sales department of a large multinational toy company.
  • Familiarity with Shipping and Customs Processes
