Qualification:
Engineering Degree (Mechanical preferred) / Masters Degree in Management
Experience (Yrs.& industry):
10-15 years of relevant experience of managing Sales and Marketing, Distribution Management and Plant Operation and Managing P&L of business at least for last 3-5 Years. (Only form Manufacturing Industry)
Age: 35 - 40 years

Job Summary:
The President Director is responsible for the overall leadership, strategic direction, and management of the organization. This role involves driving the companys vision, mission, and long-term goals while ensuring the achievement of operational excellence, financial targets, and sustainable growth. The President Director will play a crucial role in shaping the company's culture, guiding its strategic initiatives, and leading a team of senior executives across all functions to deliver superior business results.
Key Responsible Areas:
1 Business and Operational Deliverables:
- Financial Leadership:
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve budgeted revenue, profit after tax (PAT), and maintain strong cash and cash equivalents.
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to the Board of Commissioners, ensuring transparency and accuracy.
- Manage financial risks and opportunities, ensuring the companys financial stability and growth.
- Operational Excellence:
- Ensure efficient and effective manufacturing operations by setting and monitoring performance metrics related to production, safety, quality, and cost control.
- Implement cost-saving measures to reduce power and fuel consumption and minimize scrap, thereby increasing profitability and sustainability.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement in operational processes, leveraging best practices and innovative technologies.
- Safety and Compliance:
- Establish and maintain a robust safety culture, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Lead initiatives to enhance workplace safety, reduce accidents, and ensure the well-being of all employees.
- Oversee environmental and regulatory compliance, ensuring that the company adheres to all relevant laws and standards.
2 Strategic Initiatives:
- Customer-Centric Strategy:
- Drive the continuous improvement of the Net Promoter Score (NPS) by implementing customer feedback mechanisms and corrective actions.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and brand reputation in both domestic and international markets.
- Brand and Intellectual Property Management:
- Lead the companys efforts to strengthen its intellectual property rights (IPR) portfolio, ensuring the protection and monetization of the companys innovations.
- Spearhead the launch and expansion of new brands, products, and services in targeted markets, enhancing the companys competitive position and market share.
- Business Development and Expansion:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets that align with the companys strategic goals.
- Lead merger and acquisition activities, as necessary, to support the companys growth and diversification objectives.
3 Process Improvements:
- Operational Efficiency:
- Lead the development and implementation of process improvement initiatives across all departments, including IT, HR, Quality, and Finance.
- Foster a culture of operational excellence by encouraging innovation, streamlining processes, and eliminating inefficiencies.
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure that all processes are aligned with the companys strategic objectives and compliance standards.
- Talent and Organizational Development:
- Lead the development of a high-performance culture by attracting, developing, and retaining top talent across the organization.
- Promote leadership development and succession planning to ensure the continuity of the companys leadership pipeline.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages collaboration, innovation, and employee engagement.

- Lead the companys CSR initiatives, ensuring that the company contributes positively to the community and environment.
