Art Director

Potentia HR is partnering with a rapidly growing Indonesian e-commerce brand specializing in beauty care products. They are looking for an Art Director who will be working closely with the marketing, product, and leadership teams to create a strong, appealing, and differentiated brand presence.

Job Description:

• Lead and inspire the creative team, including graphic designers and artists
• Develop and maintain the brand's visual identity, ensuring consistency across all platforms
• Conceptualize and execute creative campaigns, product launches, and marketing materials
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to bring concepts to life through various media
• Oversee photo and video shoots, ensuring they align with the brand's vision
• Stay up-to-date with design and beauty industry trends to keep the brand fresh and innovative.
• Provide constructive feedback to team members and mentor their growth

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Art Director or a similar role in a creative or beauty industry
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative and design skills
• Proficiency in graphic design software and tools
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong project management and organizational abilities
• Knowledge of the beauty industry and trends is a plus
• Willing to work in Bekasi City
