About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Operations to lead the smooth functioning of our growing network of clinics, our client's business unit. This pivotal role will involve managing the daily operations of the clinics, driving business performance, improving customer experience, optimizing costs, and ensuring efficient supply chain management, all while fostering strong relationships between head office and the clinics.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Serve as the liaison between the corporate office and clinic teams, ensuring alignment with company objectives and the effective implementation of business initiatives.
- Gather actionable insights from clinic teams and communicate findings to the corporate office to inform business strategies and decisions.
- Build strong relationships with clinic managers and staff, providing mentorship and support to ensure alignment with the companys overarching goals.
Operational Efficiency:
- Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring smooth processes and strict adherence to company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Develop and implement processes to improve resource utilization and reduce operational costs.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate clinic performance and identify areas for operational improvement.
- Drive clinic-level sales by actively managing staff performance and operational standards.
Customer Experience Focus:
- Champion exceptional customer satisfaction and experience as a critical element of business success.
- Identify and implement opportunities to enhance the customer journey, including reducing wait times, improving service quality, and introducing innovative customer engagement initiatives.
- Monitor and improve customer feedback systems, ensuring prompt resolution of concerns and continuous improvement in service delivery.
Supply Chain and Cost Management:
- Oversee supply chain operations, ensuring that inventory levels are optimized while minimizing excess stock and associated costs.
- Monitor and control operational expenses, proactively identifying opportunities to reduce costs across the clinic network.
- Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of supplies to clinics.
