Key Responsibilities:

Sales Growth & Strategy

• Achieve sales targets and drive business development initiatives.

• Expand the customer base by acquiring new clients and nurturing existing relationships.

• Identify market opportunities and implement effective sales strategies.

Customer Management & Engagement

• Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction.

• Regularly meet with customers to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.

• Actively promote products and services to increase market penetration.

Reporting & Forecasting

• Prepare and present accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.

• Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with internal teams, including logistics, finance, and operations, to ensure seamless order processing and delivery.

• Support the Sales Manager in developing and executing sales plans.

What Were Looking For:

️ Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the building material industry or related sectors
️ Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
️ Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
️ Excellent market knowledge and customer network in the UAE is a plus
️ Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic or Hindi is advantageous
️ Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
