- Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve business goals and drive growth.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to expand market share and increase revenue.
- Distributor Management:
- Identify, onboard, and manage new distributors to enhance market reach and product availability.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing distributors to ensure optimal performance and alignment with company objectives.
- Account Management:
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and accounts within the region.
- Ensure consistent engagement, satisfaction, and retention of key accounts by providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Identify and acquire new customers within the region to grow the customer base.
- Sales Team Leadership:
- Lead, motivate, and guide a team of sales representatives to achieve regional sales targets.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide coaching, and support team members in achieving their individual and team goals.
- Tracking and Reporting:
- Monitor and track sales performance against the Annual Plan numbers, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Provide regular updates and detailed reports to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and competitive activities.
- Business Planning:
- Develop and manage the regional sales budget, ensuring effective use of resources and cost control.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain, product availability, and service levels.
- Market Intelligence:
- Gather and analyse market intelligence to understand competitor strategies, pricing, and market trends.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to senior management on potential opportunities and challenges in the market.
- Ensure smooth execution of sales operations, from order processing to delivery, in collaboration with the logistics and operations teams.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and industry regulations in all sales activities.
Background
- Having a work experience of min 5 - 15+ years in food service companies with deep distribution system in Thailand
- Has experience of building a team of Sales, Baristas and Mixologist.
- Has deep knowledge of food service business / HoReCa in Thailand.
