  • Sales Strategy and Execution:
    • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve business goals and drive growth.
    • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to expand market share and increase revenue.
  • Distributor Management:
    • Identify, onboard, and manage new distributors to enhance market reach and product availability.
    • Maintain strong relationships with existing distributors to ensure optimal performance and alignment with company objectives.
  • Account Management:
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and accounts within the region.
    • Ensure consistent engagement, satisfaction, and retention of key accounts by providing exceptional customer service and support.
    • Identify and acquire new customers within the region to grow the customer base.
  • Sales Team Leadership:
    • Lead, motivate, and guide a team of sales representatives to achieve regional sales targets.
    • Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide coaching, and support team members in achieving their individual and team goals.
  • Tracking and Reporting:
    • Monitor and track sales performance against the Annual Plan numbers, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
    • Provide regular updates and detailed reports to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and competitive activities.
  • Business Planning:
    • Develop and manage the regional sales budget, ensuring effective use of resources and cost control.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain, product availability, and service levels.
  • Market Intelligence:
    • Gather and analyse market intelligence to understand competitor strategies, pricing, and market trends.
    • Provide feedback and recommendations to senior management on potential opportunities and challenges in the market.
    • Ensure smooth execution of sales operations, from order processing to delivery, in collaboration with the logistics and operations teams.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and industry regulations in all sales activities.

Background

  • Having a work experience of min 5 - 15+ years in food service companies with deep distribution system in Thailand
  • Has experience of building a team of Sales, Baristas and Mixologist.
  • Has deep knowledge of food service business / HoReCa in Thailand.
