Assistant Manager Finance Accounting

Our client is one of plastic packaging manufacturing companies located in Narogong, Bekasi. They are looking to hire for Assistant Manager Finance, Accounting, and Tax. 

Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure that every financial report is presented in a timely, accurate manner, in accordance with applicable regulations
• Supervise work reports for all Finance, Accounting and TAX staff, ensure that every job is done correctly
• Check payments to Suppliers and Billing to Customers
• Check petty cash transactions and conduct cash opname periodically
• Check periodic SPT before being paid and reported every month
• Check accounts receivable and accounts payable balances
• Check taxes paid in advance, VAT, PPH input by TAX staff.
• Performing book closing bank cash and adjustment
• Preparing and analyzing financial reports every month
• Managing controlling decision making in the finance accounting and TAX divisions

Requirements:

• S1 Accounting. (A master's degree is an added value)
• Finance Accounting TAX Assistant Manager.
• Have min 5 years' experience as a Finance Accounting Tax Assistant Manager.
• Have the ability and skills in accounting principles, budgeting reporting, taxation, and finance/banking.
• Accustomed to using SAP/ERP/Accurate and WMS software reporting.
• Have Brevet A, and B certificates are preferred
