Role Description

A full-time Sales Manager to join Jakarta Team. The position is hybrid, you will be required to work in Jakarta office and work remotely once a week.

Job Descriptions

Build and maintain a sales pipeline through various strategies like, cold calls, networking, referrals, online and face to face meetings.

Build a strategic plan for your client that focuses on customer understanding, relationship building and driving revenue.

Collaborate with internal teams to create effective marketing solutions and drive results for clients.

Take ownership of the full sales cycle from prospecting, pitching, negotiation, objection handling and winning deals.

Report weekly activity and pipeline progress for all sales deals.

Follow processes with accuracy and attention to detail such as collecting data, contracts, etc. and moving them through the appropriate channels.

Requirements

Minimum Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Communications, or a related field

Minimum 5 year of experience in a sales role (B2C), preferable in digital marketing agency company.

Previous sales track record.

Strong communication and interpersonal skill.

Able to work/learn in fast paced environment.

Team player.

Self-motivated and proven sales professional who can confidently represent our brand/service.

Fluent in English.
