System Integration Manager

Job Position : Manager for System Integration

• Qualification : B.E /B. Tech - Electrical/ Electronics
• Total Years of experience : 20 Years
• Years of experience in Railway System : 10 Years (as Manager - 7 years or 2 Project)
• Job Location : South Jakarta

Job Responsibilities:

• As Manager for System Integration, the candidate shall have responsibility for co-ordinating all Systems elements including Trackwork, Power supply and OCS, Signalling, Telecoms, Platform Screen Door, Rolling Stock etc. ensuring their successful integration and delivery of the project.
• A major aspect of the role shall be to liaise with all stakeholders while ensuring your companies goals are met and standards are maintained. the stakeholder with range from Engineer, Employer, vendors/ Subcontractors, partners and Interface Contractors.
• All documents submission/approval in time-round manner for System Integration which includes System Integration Management Plan Certification management plan etc.
• Plan, organization and methodology to approach system integration for compliance with the Employers Requirements; plan to comply with requirements for disaster/fire prevention and control, major focus on Access dates and Key Dates and aligning System Integration in line with Project work program.
• Plan to comply with Electromagnetic Compatibility and EMC plan
• Calculation of Life Cycle Cost for each Railway System subsystem for its design life;
• Plan to supply spare parts and consumable parts as necessary for the maintenance work after commencement of revenue services;
• Plan, organization and methodology to approach knowledge/skill transfer for maintenance and operation of Railway Systems during construction, testing and commissioning and the 2 years after commencement of revenue service;
• Approach for development of train operation plan;
• Calculation of transport capacity of the Railway System corresponding to the demand forecast through the design life as defined in the Employers Requirements in Volume 3;
• Calculation of trip time from Bunderan HI Station to Kota Station and in the reverse direction without boarding and alighting time at stations based on the train running simulation;
• Calculation or simulation to comply with the minimum headway at terminal stations and turn back stations.
• As, in charge of integration management, the system integrator shall solve the problem between subsystems. The system integrator regulates not only interface matter between subcontractor but also related authority.
• Implement Total System Integration Tests- Having completed the Integration Tests with the respective Contractors individually, Total System Integration Tests shall be performed to demonstrate that all system modules synchronize their functions with each other in harmony and that all functional and performance requirements are satisfied. No clash, crash or abnormality shall result from having various combinations of possible operation being carried out simultaneously.
