About The Company:

We have been retained by a global agro-trading company to place seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Representative to sell our agro-products (Rice, Pulses, Spices, Sugar) in Indonesia. 

Responsibilities:

  1. Execute a sales strategy to achieve sales targets and objectives within the assigned territory.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale buyers, importers, and major retailers, utilizing existing networks and actively seeking new business opportunities.
  3. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and expand the customer base.
    

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales and marketing, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales of Agro products.
  3. Proficiency in both the local language and English is essential.
  4. Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
  5. Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  6. In-depth knowledge and connect with the wholesalers, Importers, and major retailers of Agro products
  7. Ability to travel within the assigned region as required to meet with clients, attend industry events, and support the sales team.
