Responsibilities:

  • Comprehensive coordination and handling of customer complaints about product quality issues, addressing customer inquiries, and tracking, recording, and analyzing the causes.
  • Assist in establishing and optimizing the quality management system and providing training and guidance on process standards.
  • Provide coaching and monitoring of project processes, offer consultation and guidance for implementing process standards and quality requirements, and maintain effective records.
  • Conduct regular process audits, objectively evaluate compliance with organizational standards and regulations in the development process, and track the resolution of non-compliance.
  • Collect, summarize, and analyze measurement data for product and service quality, keenly identify root causes, and drive continuous quality improvement.
  • Ensure quality assurance for all products, constantly monitor quality conditions, and guarantee the reliability, stability, and perfection of products provided to customers.
  • Participate in process management system development, propose improvements, collaborate in process standard enhancements, and promote implementation.
  • Responsible for the quality assurance of products within the technical department, coaching project team members to execute according to specifications.
  • Investigate quality events and problem-solving and track the resolution of quality events.
  • Collect measurement data during project execution and analyze project performance.
  • Regularly complete project progress reports, QA monthly reports.
  • Complete project management-related tasks assigned by department leadership.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher, major in computer science or related management field.
  • More than 5 years of experience in the large-scale toy industry, with a good understanding of plastic and alloy products and technology.
  • Knowledge of ISO9000 models.
  • Knowledge of toy engineering, development, industry background, mathematical statistics, project management, quality management, etc.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills and solid quality management experience.
