Qualifications and Responsibilities

• Graduate or Diploma in Electrical Engineering (Mandatory)
• 5 yrs in power plants construction or Solar/Green Energy
• Monitor security protocols to prevent unauthorized access to floating solar sites, substations, and transmission line areas.
• Coordinate with local authorities on security measures when required.
• Supervise tower erection, cable stringing, and substation work.
• Ensure barricades and safety signage are installed to protect the public.
• Conduct community safety awareness programs to prevent accidental exposure to live electrical infrastructure.
• Supervise electrical installation and maintenance of floating solar panels to prevent electrical shocks and short circuits.
• Ensure proper grounding, insulation, and floating platform stability

Required Certificate / Specialization

• Additional training e.g. Lifting certification, Scaffolding certification, BLS, Defensive driving etc. would be preferred.
• K3 license
• NEBOSH International Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety and/or nationally recognized certification, OR Safety License required to work in water bodies in Indonesia.
• Other safety licenses to manage EHS activities related to Electrical/Power Plant Construction works.
