Production Superintendent (Refinery & Fractionation)

About

This position is for a global manufacturing company strong in palm oil, the Placement is in Medan.

 Candidates domiciled in Medan / North Sumatera are preferable.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/Chemical Industrial or equivalent.
• At least 5 Years experiences as Superintendent or Supervisor in Palm Oil Refinery / Edible Oil Industry especially in Refinery & Fractionation plant.
• Familiar with refining & fractionation plant operation, and standard quality specification.
• Familiar with compliance of ISO 9001, HACCP, 5S system.
• Good Leadership Skill.
• Good communication in English (Speaking and Writing) is a MUST



Job Description

• Ensuring that equipment is functioning properly and that work environments are safe and comfortable for workers.
• responsible for overseeing the production process in refinery and fractionation.
• Scheduling shifts and overseeing daily operations to ensure that production goals are met.
• Overseeing employee training on equipment operation and safety procedures.
• Prepare, review and coordinate with his subordinates for all Work Instruction and operating guidelines for operational refining & fractionation plant and ensure accurate implementation thereof
• Monitoring inventory levels to ensure that the right amount of materials are on hand to meet demand.
• Monitor and control refining & fractionation plant if any changes in the production wise, any abnormality need highlight to Production Manager.
• Ensure that all operational refining & fractionation plant from planning, processing, and sampling till finish product fulfill the quality requirement.
