A leading polymer manufacturing company in Mojokerto is looking for an experienced professional in polymer research and development. If you are passionate about developing innovative polymer-based materials for the building industry, we want to hear from you!

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct research and development of new polymer-based products for building materials.
• Oversee polymer production processes, ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Provide technical expertise on PIR (Polyisocyanurate), polyurethane, and FRP (Fiber Reinforced Polymer) production.
• Develop and optimize formulations, testing methods, and production techniques.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, production, quality control) to improve product performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and industry regulations.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement process improvements.
• Lead or support new product trials and scale-up processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Chemistry (mandatory)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in polymer research or production
• Hands-on experience in PIR, polyurethane, and FRP production
• Strong knowledge of polymer formulation, material properties, and manufacturing processes
• Problem-solving mindset with analytical and technical skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
