Requirements
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
- Minimum 57 years of experience in Talent Management, Organizational Development, Performance Management, or Recruitment.
- Experience in developing and implementing HR frameworks, policies, SOPs, and tools.
- Proven expertise in Performance Management Systems and HRIS implementation.
Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of talent development, organizational structure, job evaluation, and manpower planning.
- Knowledge of performance appraisal methodologies, including KPI setting, competency assessment, and data-driven evaluation.
- Familiarity with HRIS, ATS (Applicant Tracking System), and recruitment technology.
- Ability to design and execute strategic recruitment processes to attract top talent.
Soft Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for workforce planning and performance evaluation.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive, innovative mindset, and ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in Talent Management, HR Analytics, or Performance Management is a plus.
- Experience working in fast-paced industries such as technology, banking, or FMCG is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Formulate and align policies and programs for employee talent development and management, including the creation of a people development and talent management framework, policy and SOP development, tool development, work program implementation, and monitoring. Ensure employee development aligns with CVLT and the availability of internal talent that supports the company's business direction.
- Design and implement organizational development (organizational structure, role profiles, job families, job evaluation, grade structure, manpower planning) and develop related policies/guidelines to ensure the organization and its framework align with the company's growth and business direction.
- Develop and manage the employee performance appraisal system, including creating a Performance Management System framework, policy and SOP development, tool development (including implementing performance measurement using HRIS), execution and monitoring of performance appraisals, and processing performance evaluation data. This ensures the company has employee performance data as a basis for remuneration and workforce policy development.
- Design and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract, select, and hire top talent that meets the company's business needs, while utilizing recruitment technology to improve efficiency and effectiveness in the hiring process.
