Job Descriptions

  • Developing, strategizing, and executing corporate recruitment initiatives, policies, and protocols to ensure timely and qualified staffing for vacant positions.
  • Drafting employment contracts for both contractual and permanent staff members.
  • Actively engaged in talent management efforts.
  • Conducting training programs aimed at enhancing technical and soft skills among employees.
  • Managing employee evaluations, transfers, mutations, and promotions.
  • Coordinating training sessions and assessing the training requirements for designing employee development programs.
  • Implementing ISO Standard within the organization.
  • Overseeing the certification process at both local and international levels to meet internal and external requirements.
  • Creating continual improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Cultivating positive industrial relations and fostering strong connections with union representatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Human Resources
  • Have knowledge or experienced with six sigma methods and continuous improvement project
  • Excellent English language skills
  • Knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements
  • Proficient in using HRIS (Human Resources Information System) for effective management
