Warehouse Section Head

Our client , a company which offering a wide range of chemical for textiles now is looking for Warehouse Section Head based in Purwakarta, West Java, Indonesia:

Job Purpose

• Inventory control: issue/ receiving/ custody, and reporting.
• Safe-keeping of inventory

Core Responsibilities

• Supervise and support to operation direct/ indirect supplies and services.
• Ensure, provide and maintain availability of inventory items.
• Ensure safe-keeping of entire material stored at stores facilities, within set standards e.g. MSDS, TDS, Safety guidance.
• Engage in stores/ warehouse activities related to Bonded Zone facility and/ or related requirement in support to facilities obtained by the company.
• Inventory control, maintaining optimum level of inventory avoiding high inventory carrying cost and stock-out.
• Engage in reducing non/slow moving inventory caused by stoppage of operation, change of planning or excessive initial demand/ planning.
• Maintain high level of customer satisfaction in stores services as customer service management.

Key Interactions

Internal customers: process operations, engineering: maintenance and support.

External customers: Customs, Transportation Agencies

• Min 15-20 years of Stores/ Warehouse/ Logistics operations
• Inventory control, issue/ receiving/ custody, and reporting.
• Knowledge in bonded zone operations
• ERP
• Good Excel and Presentation Skill
• Team player, organization commitment

• Hands-on experience
• Logistics/ Warehousing Conceptual knowledge
